How to get there
You can access Silanguin cove in two ways. One is via boat from our pick up port at Driftwood resort, in Subic and the other is a mountain hike from Subic traversing Mt. Cinco Picos that will normally last for 9 hours.
We have our exclusive El Paradise Cruiser Banka stationed at Driftwood Beach, Bgy. Barretto, Subic that can take you comfortably to our beach camp. Driftwood resort is just a couple of minutes away from Olongapo proper. Boat reservation should be done 3 days before the expected trip. Ideal boat departure time at Driftwood is 9:00AM. You should start your travel from Manila at 5:30AM. We suggest that you read our Terms & Condition (TAC) prior to your trip confirmation for the safety and well being of all guests. A. Taking your Car:

From Manila, take the NLEX and SCTEX to SBMA. Driftwood Resort Barretto is located at Olongapo - Bugallon National Hi-Way, corner Zamora St., Bgy. Bareto, Subic. You can drive to SBMA all the way to Kalaklan exit at Dewey Ave. and take a left at the stop light. This is the Olongapo - Bugallon Hi-Way towards Barretto. You will see the big Driftwood signage on the left side of the hi-way in about 10-15 minutes and you will not miss it. Driftwood resort offers an open parking space for a fee for private vehicles. Please refer to the maps below for added travel information.
B. Commuting:
Take the Victory Liner to Olongapo. At Olongapo Terminal, there is a Blue Jeep that can take you to Driftwood beach at Barretto, Subic which is on the left side, along the Olongapo - Bugallon Hi-way and you will not miss it. Travel time from Olongapo Bus Terminal is about 20 minutes. If you would like to buy some fresh catch, you can take the Yellow Jeep that will take to Olongapo Public market. You can find various sea foods, and many other choices to bring and cook at the site.

Taking Barretto Subic boat is shorter and better than Pundakit because of the 60 Minutes savings on land travel. Boat travel duration, either you take Pundakit or Barretto, is approximately 1hour 15 mins. So it is much better to take the boat at Barretto, Subic.
